About Elements Therapy
Elements Therapy is a developmental education service that supports children and early teens with autism, ADHD, and developmental challenges through evidence-based practice and genuine care. We believe every person is made of many elements—strengths, quirks, emotions, challenges, and endless potential.

Our Philosophy
Six core principles guide everything we do.
Neuroaffirming Practice
We celebrate neurodiversity as natural variation in human neurology. Rather than viewing differences as deficits, we recognise strengths and work to build capacity in areas where support is needed.
Child-Led Support
We follow the child's lead, interests, and pace. Learning happens best through play, curiosity, and joy. We meet each child where they are and support their unique developmental journey.
Family-Centred Approach
We work alongside families as partners. Your knowledge of your child is invaluable. We collaborate to understand your child's needs and create strategies that work in real life.
Evidence-Informed Practice
Our approaches are grounded in research and proven methods. We stay current with developmental science and best practices in neurodevelopmental support.
Human Rights Model
We believe every child has the right to be included, respected, and supported to reach their potential. We advocate for your child's rights and dignity.
Clear Communication
We avoid jargon and explain things in plain language. We believe parents deserve to understand their child's needs and the strategies we use to support them.

Our Mission
To build confidence, independence, and capacity through evidence-based developmental education. We aim to make therapy approachable and supportive, not clinical or overwhelming, while creating safe spaces where clients and families feel understood and empowered in everyday life.
Our Vision
A world where neurodivergent children and their families feel supported, understood, and empowered. Where therapy is accessible, where children can be themselves, and where every family has the resources and knowledge they need to support their child's unique developmental journey.
